This website, belliniyachtadriatic.com, is operated by Croatia Yachting d.o.o., Dražanac 2/a, 21000 Split, Croatia, Split, Croatia, company registration number OIB 08633766175 (VAT HR08633766175) (referred to as 'we', 'us' or 'Croatia Yachting'). We are the exclusive dealer for Bellini Yacht in Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Croatia Yachting d.o.o. is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy. We collect personal data only when you choose to share it with us, primarily through the enquiry and contact forms on this website. This may include your name, email address, phone number, country, the yacht model you are interested in and the content of your message. We also process a limited amount of technical data that is strictly necessary for the website to function, such as a login session for our staff portal. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant information about Bellini Yacht models, arrange viewings or sea trials, and manage our ongoing business relationship with you. If you have given your explicit consent, we will also use your email address to send you our newsletter with occasional updates about Bellini Yacht models, availability and events. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR: consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for the newsletter and marketing communications, and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for responding to your enquiries and administering our business relationship. Where an enquiry leads towards a purchase, processing may also be necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and follow up on enquiries: Supabase — our website database, hosted in the European Union, where form submissions are stored. ActiveCampaign — our email and customer relationship platform, used to follow up on your enquiry and, with your consent, send the newsletter. Vercel — our website hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted in the European Union. Some of our service providers, such as ActiveCampaign, may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data rectified; request erasure; request restriction of processing; receive your data in a portable format (data portability); and object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including direct marketing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@belliniyachtadriatic.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or your local supervisory authority.

You will only receive our newsletter if you have actively ticked the consent checkbox when submitting a form. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example if we introduce new services or tools on the website. The current version will always be published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
