Cookie policy

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, serve a comparable purpose. They can be used to make a website work, to remember your preferences or to analyse how a site is used.

2. Cookies we use

This website uses technically necessary storage that is always active — for example, a session cookie that keeps staff logged in to the administration portal, and your cookie-consent choice. In addition, with your consent, we use analytics and marketing cookies: Google Analytics (to measure website traffic) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (to measure the performance of our advertising). These are set only after you select "Accept" on the cookie banner, and never before.

3. If you decline non-essential cookies

If you decline non-essential cookies, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and no profile of your browsing behaviour is created. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use tracking for any purpose beyond measuring website traffic and the performance of our advertising. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the website footer.

4. Third-party services

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process technical information such as IP addresses in server logs to operate the website securely. With your consent, Google (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) process data to measure traffic and advertising performance; these providers may transfer data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking technically necessary cookies may affect functions such as the staff login; the public part of this website works normally without any cookies.

6. Future changes

If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent through a cookie banner before any non-essential cookies are set.

7. Contact

If you have any questions about this cookie policy, contact Croatia Yachting d.o.o. at sales@belliniyachtadriatic.com. More detail on how we handle personal data is available in our privacy policy.
